How to place an order:
Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day through our secured server. Don’t see what you need on-line, call us and we will be happy to assist. We may have it available in our Company Store in Portland, Maine.
Method of Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard or PayPal
All items shipped are subject to your State’s appropriate Sales Tax.
Ground Delivery within the Continental U.S.:
We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. With 2-4 business days from the time of your order.
We will contact you by e-mail with a date of approximate availability. If there are multiple items on the order, available items will ship immediately.
Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.:
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and international addresses.
We take pride in the quality of all the products we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt to notify us of any manufacture problems with your order. All merchandise returned must be in its original packaging and in re-salable condition to be considered for a full credit or exchange unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Uncommon Paws reserves the right to determine what constitutes a manufacturing defect. Damage due to normal wear and tear will not be grounds for return.

Return to Shipper:
Shipping charges are non-refundable due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses, refused or unclaimed shipments, or recipient's absence. Shipping fees will be deducted from any amount credited to the account for the returned item. Shipping charges will be applied on re-shipments.
